Terms of Service

Lovelume is an interactive storytelling product developed and operated by AEGISFLOW LIMITED. It provides AI-generated character dialogue and story content in a visual-novel format: you talk with fictional characters and move the story forward through choices.

This is entertainment. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is not a substitute for a professional.

This service is for adults aged 18 or older. Some storylines contain mature romantic and suggestive themes. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18.

We do not knowingly provide the service to minors. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor we will suspend it and delete its data. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact support@txyc.top.

Every character in the service is fictional and its replies are generated by an AI model in real time. They are not real people, and no human is answering you. A character may claim to have feelings, memories or an identity; that is part of the performance and does not reflect any real consciousness or emotion.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not what you expected. Do not rely on anything a character says as a statement of fact.

This service cannot provide crisis support. AI characters cannot recognise or respond to an emergency, and no one is monitoring your conversations to step in.

If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or any other emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. In the US and Canada, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In the UK, call 116 123 (Samaritans). Elsewhere, contact your local emergency number.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Provide a working email address; we use it for notices about your account and transactions.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. See the Privacy Policy for what that means.

Diamonds are a virtual item with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used outside your account. You are buying a licence to use them within the service, not ownership of them.

Diamonds unlock chapters, images and other paid content. Diamonds that have been spent and content that has been unlocked are not refundable. See the Refund Policy.

We may change prices, exchange rates and the cost of content. Changes do not affect purchases you completed before the change.

Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payment is taken shortly before each new period begins.

Subscriptions bought on the web can be cancelled through the billing portal on the membership page. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in that platform's subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise it renews. After cancelling you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for.

You may not:

• Attempt to generate sexualised content involving minors, or any other unlawful content
• Circumvent payment, quota or access limits, including via automation or bulk requests
• Scrape, copy or redistribute story text, character likenesses or image assets
• Reverse engineer the service or interfere with its operation
• Impersonate anyone, or upload content you do not have the rights to

Breaking these rules may result in restriction or termination without refund.

The stories, character designs, images, interface and software in the service are owned by AEGISFLOW LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them personally and non-commercially inside the service; it ends when your account does.

We may add, change or retire features and content. If we terminate your account for breaching these terms, purchased virtual items are not refunded. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranty that AI output is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes in the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
